As a senior Business Analyst, you will lead complex business improvement initiatives that enhance the student experience, streamline operations and support the University's strategic priorities. You'll be equally comfortable engaging with senior leaders and frontline teams, using data and stakeholder insights to deliver meaningful improvements. You will bring: * Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement or organisational transformation within a large and complex organisation, ideally within the higher education or public sector. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, sustainable solutions supported by evidence and data. * Proven ability to build trusted relationships, facilitate workshops and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels to achieve shared outcomes. * Experience delivering business improvement or digital transformation initiatives, including business process mapping, requirements gathering, change support and benefits realisation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality business cases, reports, presentations and recommendations for executive audiences. * A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for continuous improvement, service excellence and enhancing the student experience through innovation and effective business practices.
