Overview We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can do more than gather requirements. This role is about driving delivery, improving quality, and challenging thinking — working hands-on with our internal development team and stakeholders to ensure we’re solving the right problems and delivering value quickly. What you will be doing Writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria Working closely with developers and QA in real time to shape and refine solutions Driving fast turnaround and MVP-focused delivery Facilitating agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, retrospectives) Supporting proof of concepts through hands-on, over-the-shoulder review and guidance Facilitating workshops to uncover and define real business problems Providing clear updates on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting an ERP environment A strong delivery mindset — you keep things moving and hold teams accountable An agile approach with a focus on MVP and value delivery Confidence to challenge constructively — you’re respecful but can stand your ground The ability to think deeply before jumping to solutions Strong facilitation and communication skills across both technical teams and stakeholders Be part of high-impact work that shapes how our business operates A fast-moving environment where your thinking and initiative genuinely matter Work across diverse teams delivering solutions that make a real difference A supportive team culture where standards are high, and people back each other to succeed Hands-on, reliable, and ready to work?
