As a Business Analyst in the Financing Journey Tribe and Service Centre, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver seamless, digital working capital solutions for our wholesale clients. You’ll be the linking pin between business and technology domains, playing a key role in enhancing customer experience, digitizing client journeys, and simplifying our IT landscape. Department and Project Context The Wholesale & Rural (W&R) domain within the CITO organization supports Rabobank’s global Wholesale & Rural banking operations. Within the Financing Journey Tribe and Service Centre, the Value Chain and Trade Finance area serves as the one-stop-shop for Working Capital and Trade Finance business. Our focus? Making it easy for clients to do business with us by focusing on digitizing client journeys, simplifying operations, unlocking data value, automating risk controls, and driving innovation. In this role, you’ll become part of the Digital Working Capital squad, the team behind the application of the same name. This platform was developed to deliver a single, digital client journey for our global working capital solutions. It supports the Receivables, Inventory, and Payables business lines within Value Chain Finance—a fast-paced and evolving business that’s reflected in the dynamic nature of our work. The application is built in-house, meaning you will be working closely together with a team of agile developers and testers. Your Contribution We’re looking for a Business Analyst who: Translates high-level features into actionable requirements for development teams Communicates effectively with stakeholders across locations and seniority levels Collaborates with internal and external IT teams to manage functional and technical dependencies Balances sprint planning, implementation guidance, and acceptance testing Understands the demands of a 24/7 high-availability system integrated with payment and financing platforms Can take complex production incidents from initial analysis to completed independently You and Your Talent We are looking for a Business Analyst who brings: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development, ideally in a complex or banking environment Familiarity with DevOps and working in distributed teams Knowledge of core banking systems (Oracle Flexcube is a plus) Experience in working capital solutions (preferred) A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership Strong facilitation and presentation skills, adaptable to different audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Residency in the Netherlands Interested?
