REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a data-centric or technology-focused organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Exceptional analytical and documentation skills; experience with process modeling and data mapping
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and modern data ecosystems
  • Experience in regulatory, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in supporting high-impact initiatives across our core product areas. This role is essential to help manage operational complexity, ensure on-time delivery of strategic projects, and maintain alignment between stakeholder needs and technical execution.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, operations, and stakeholders to drive clarity, precision, and efficiency across the delivery lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the roadmap; translate high-level product vision into executable plans.
  • Elicit, document, and refine business requirements using user stories, workflows, and data mapping techniques.
  • Maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog; refine user stories in alignment with sprint goals and team capacity.
  • Serve as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teams; manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
  • Work alongside developers and QA during sprint activities; attend stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Analyze data pipelines, outputs, and user behavior to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Assist in validation and testing activities to ensure feature completeness and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external documentation including process flows, release notes, and product guides.Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts to help inform future planning and product positioning.
