Position Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, capable of working alongside multidisciplinary teams under both agile and traditional methodologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear functional solutions, coordinating with clients and internal teams in a bilingual environment. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements in coordination with stakeholders. Manage user stories, backlog, and work boards in JIRA, ensuring traceability and progress visibility. Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors to ensure objectives, scope, and quality are met. Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. Prepare reports, requirements matrices, and executive presentations for senior management. Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, acting as the main point of contact. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in JIRA (user story administration, boards, reporting). Bilingual (Spanish-English), with fluent oral and written communication skills in both languages. Analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Nice-to-have qualifications Experience in foreign trade (customs processes, international logistics, customs management systems, or projects related to organizations such as the World Bank).
