This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: Remote (India) JobType: full-time We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong foundation in hotel technology systems and data integration. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing interoperability projects, working with hospitality platforms, and translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions. This role demands a balance of analytical ability, project management skills, and an eagerness to learn emerging tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and streamline business processes related to hotel technology systems such as PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, and RMS. Support data integration projects, ensuring seamless communication across systems via APIs or ETL workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and implement interoperability solutions. Conduct data analysis and reporting using SQL or similar database querying tools. Ensure high-quality documentation, testing, and deployment of system updates. Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive effective resolutions. Maintain structured records and assist in project management and delivery tracking. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel technology or business analytics, preferably involving system integration or data interoperability. Basic proficiency in SQL and database querying. Familiarity with API integration and ETL workflows (preferred but not mandatory). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions. Proactive learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
