ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst with AI literacy, you’ll play a key role in building and fostering a thriving data and AI community within the organization. You will work cross-functionally to design training and upskilling programs for both technical and non-technical teams. Your focus will be on creating a culture of data literacy and supporting the adoption of data-driven insights across the organization. You’ll be a bridge between technical experts and end users, ensuring that the community grows, learns, and thrives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll develop training programs for data analysts, ensuring alignment with next-gen platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training materials, host forums, and lead workshops to support the company’s data-driven goals.You’ll also build and nurture a strong data community, organizing events like hackathons and webinars to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Additionally, you’ll advocate for data literacy across the organization and track KPIs to measure community engagement and training success.
