Job Title: Business Analyst Tempo Timesheets

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Tempo Timesheets to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing time tracking, resource planning, and reporting processes using Tempo within Jira, while also driving business insights and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to time tracking, billing, and resource management.
• Configure and manage Tempo Timesheets within Jira to support project tracking and reporting needs.
• Analyze time tracking data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tempo and Jira to support decision-making across teams.
• Provide training and support to users on Tempo Timesheets functionality and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture and integration with other business systems.
• Assist in the implementation of new features or upgrades related to Tempo and Jira.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Tempo Timesheets.
• Strong understanding of Jira, Agile methodologies, and project management workflows.
• Experience in creating and managing custom reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other Tempo products (e.g., Tempo Planner, Tempo Budgets).
• Familiarity with Jira plugins and integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
• Experience in consulting or working with multiple teams across an organization.
