Our offerings include asset finance products, hire purchase, and leasing, covering a diverse range of assets from vehicles to industrial equipment and real estate. With a lending balance of nearly EUR 9 billion, we are on an exciting growth journey and need to reinforce our Performance Management organisation. Asset Finance is a dynamic unit with approximately 400 dedicated specialists across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

In this role, you will work alongside 15 dedicated colleagues across the Nordic countries. While based in Birkerød, you will have opportunities to visit our offices in Central Copenhagen, Stockholm, Linköping, Oslo, and Helsinki.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong analytical mindset and is ready to challenge existing processes. You should have:

• A relevant educational background in finance or a related field.
• Experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data management.

• Strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.Motivation to drive improvements and technological optimisations.

As a Business Analyst specialising in Pricing and Capital, you will be an integral part of our Performance Management team, focusing on enhancing pricing strategies and capital allocation. You will act as a vital link between Sales and Performance Management, ensuring alignment and efficiency in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine pricing models to optimise profitability and support strategic goals.
• Analyse capital utilisation and provide insights to improve business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative pricing solutions.
• Participate in project teams to enhance the finance and pricing structures.

• Deliver comprehensive reports and analyses to various stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.Act as Business Partner for the Business Units and Staff Area.
