Responsibilities

You will be part of the international and highly motivated Human Resources Solutions (HRS) team in our IT organization, Digital Business Services (DBS). As part of the HR Transformation, we will implement Workday as our new HCM solution.
We are growing our team and in this newly created position, you will support implementing the new solution over the coming years. You have the opportunity to join the project right from the start, being part of Design and Configuration workshops, together with our implementation partner. After go-live, your role will develop into the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your respective area.
You will work closely with our business and key stakeholders to understand their needs, define the vision, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact solutions.
For this role we are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Workday Business Analyst who has undergone at least one full Workday implementation or has worked with the solution in recent years.

Your main tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Be part of the global implementation of Workday Core HCM, including Design & Configuration workshops, aligning with business objectives, strategic priorities, and project timelines.
  • Partner with your respective HR counterparts as well as stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. You will streamline and optimize global HR processes using Workday.
  • Be responsible for successful and seamless testing and validation for your respective area, together with key users from the business.
  • Deliver trainings during the implementation and successfully train Power Users in the business for day-to-day operations; promote user adoption and system utilization.
  • Act as the Workday SME, overseeing system configurations, security, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
  • Manage post-implementation system maintenance, stay ahead of system updates, and implement new features to maximize the system’s capabilities and value.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and a seamless user experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding business needs to drive adoption and secure buy-in for change initiatives.
