We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, scoping software features and enhancements, and working closely with our software development and projects teams to drive organisation-wide transformation.

• Document requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria, creating clear user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to align with business strategy.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops across the organization.
• Analyse and propose improvements to existing business processes.
• Work with the Scrum team to ensure understanding of project requirements and smooth execution.
• Support the development team during sprints and resolve queries.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value.
• Manage change control processes and tools.
• Perform data analysis to improve business operations.
