Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and management of comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in the design and rollout of new systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports, process flow diagrams, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
