Product vision, roadmap and prioritization for the Edge Gateway Controller within the IoT platform
Gathering, structuring and prioritizing requirements together with firmware, app, cloud, data and UX teams, as well as with sales, service and external stakeholders.
Ensuring that the Edge Gateway Controller reliably controls fans in real-world applications
Support for new features from discovery to rollout, documentation and operation
Derivation of concrete improvements from customer feedback, support feedback and regulatory requirements
Identification of market requirements, new technologies and integration needs in the areas of edge computing, IoT, cybersecurity, retrofit and HVAC
Your profile:Completed studies in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering or comparable fields.
Several years of experience as a product owner, product manager or in a comparable role related to IoT products, edge devices, industrial communication or networked hardware/software systems
Technical understanding of embedded systems, connectivity and industrial protocols, as well as experience at the interface between hardware, firmware, mobile apps and cloud platforms, ideally complemented by building automation, ventilation or HVAC technology.
Confident handling of agile methods as well as Jira and Confluence, and the ability to translate complex technical relationships into structured requirements.
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, a hands-on mentality, and very good German and English skills.
