The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Finance team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and optimisation of our global ERP system, AP21. 

As the primary finance super-user, you will partner closely with IT, cross-functional teams and external ERP specialists to ensure finance requirements are clearly represented and embedded across the business. 

This highly project-focused role will lead system enhancements, support new market implementations and champion process improvements that strengthen scalability, efficiency and financial control. Key Responsibilities

As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include: 

• Serve as the finance super-user for the AP21 ERP system, managing core finance configurations and supporting stable integration with connected systems.
• Provide user training, clear documentation and trouble shooting support to promote effective ERP usage across the business.
• Partner with IT and external consultants on system upgrades, maintenance and configuration changes.
• Identify and implement enhancements that improve system capability, workflow automation and financial processes.
• Represent Finance in cross-functional projects, including POS implementation, global integration and supplier portal rollout.
• Gather finance requirements, assess impacts and support the design, testing, including user acceptance testing, and delivery of system changes.
• Collaborate with IT, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain and other teams to ensure finance considerations are incorporated into system decisions.
• Support FP&A, senior management and vendor coordination as required.
