Data Analyst - RAK

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  
• Strong experience working with SAP data and related enterprise solutions, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable business insights.
• 
  
• Hands-on knowledge of Prompt Engineering, including the effective use of AI-powered tools to improve analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• 
  
• Experience utilizing AI platforms and intelligent solutions to support data exploration, automation, and business reporting.
• 
  
• Proven ability to map and document business services and processes within SAP ecosystems, including integrations, dependencies, and end-to-end service workflows.
• 
  
• Good understanding of digital government services and service delivery frameworks; prior experience supporting government initiatives is highly desirable.
• 
  
• Experience with AI tools and emerging Generative AI technologies would be highly advantageous.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 
  
• SAP-related certifications or hands-on experience with solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP reporting and analytics platforms.
• 
  
• Previous experience delivering projects within government entities, public-sector organizations, or digital transformation programs.
• 
  
• Experience with modern data visualization and business intelligence tools, including SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.
• 
  
• Exposure to a variety of AI platforms, LLM-based solutions, automation tools, and AI-assisted analytics frameworks is highly desirable.
