Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and has office locations across the United States. Zwicker is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Andover, MA. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications to support technology initiatives in a law firm environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly regulated industry. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Responsibilities include Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process reviews. Map current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. Work closely with IT developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly. Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure proposed solutions align with compliance and security policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Strong understanding of requirements-gathering techniques and process documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Visio/SmartDraw. Experience writing technical documentation Excellent organizational skills Excellent presentation skills Intermediate SQL skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience with database applications Ability to read and understand code written in a variety of programming languages Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Preferred Qualifications Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a financial or legal environment. Experience working in a heavily regulated environment Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
