THE ROLE:

• Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings and recommendations.
• Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and document automation opportunities to optimize business processes.
• Test and validate business processes and system implementations to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Provide ongoing user support and training on new systems and workflows.
