Job Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Senior Business Analysts to gather, document, and validate business requirements for sales incentive programs. Analyze sales data, incentive structures, and compensation plans to understand business logic, KPIs, and performance metrics. Build and validate incentive calculation logic after thoroughly understanding underlying data structures and business rules. Support the implementation and configuration of incentive compensation plans within the system, ensuring alignment with defined logic and client expectations. Interpret client requirements and translate them into structured functional specifications and system workflows. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of outputs. Assist in preparing analytical reports, dashboards, and business insights for stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies. Support UAT cycles including test case preparation, execution validation, and issue tracking. Contribute to process improvements in data management, reporting, and implementation workflows. Working knowledge of Advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis and logic validation. Exposure to reporting, dashboard creation, and data reconciliation. Ability to understand business models and translate requirements into structured logic and documentation. Strong communication and documentation skills. BE / B.Tech / BS (Statistics) or related analytical/technical background preferred.
