Description

Support the sales team with business reporting and on-demand analysis. Monitor business health indicators and highlight potential risks. Assist in developing sales metrics and strategies. Help refine operational management processes. Prepare commercial documentation for tenders. Aid in the implementation of framework agreements. Identify and propose solutions for process inefficiencies. Maintain program documentation and standards. Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across platforms like social media, email, and online ads. Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest enhancements. Research market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to guide strategic decisions. Apply research insights to enhance digital marketing strategies. Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue Operations and Commercial Excellence. Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or business-related discipline (Data Science preferred). Proficient in Excel for data analysis, including statistics and macros, and familiar with tools like Power BI. Basic understanding of data management and business operations. Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages are advantageous.
