We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Vice President to join our US Personal Bank Analytics team. This role will support Citi Retail Services and play a critical role in portfolio management by leveraging advanced analytics to identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to define high-value Primary customer segments and tailor marketing efforts to maximize customer engagement and acquisition.
- Portfolio Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of portfolio performance, identifying key trends, drivers, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize portfolio and segment profitability
- Marketing Optimization: Analyze marketing campaign performance and develop recommendations to optimize targeting, offer design, and communication strategies across channels, and across partner sales, external sales and lending
- Growth Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies for Citi Retail Services, leveraging data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitive landscape to identify emerging trends and best practices. Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across various teams, including product, marketing, sales, and risk management, to ensure alignment and execution of portfolio strategies.
- Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress against goals to senior leadership. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6-10 years of experience in business/marketing analytics, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing large datasets and applying statistical and quantitative techniques.
- Proficiency in SAS/SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research); Master’s degree preferred.
