MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Identify the business needs, to understand management requirements and expectations, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (7 Business Units in Europe/Korean HQ/ External Customers etc.)
  • Request data across different departments/Business Units, for monthly sales analysis/quarterly total cost analysis; organizational main KPIs/performance evaluation etc.
  • Consolidate monthly KPIs data incl. Sales & Profit, Inventory KPIs, Logistic KPIs, New Car Sales, marketing budget status, investment status etc; MPE Factbook incl. all KPIs data by Business Units level
  • Investigate business issues/data inconsistency across different functions incl. Finance, Sales &Marketing, Logistics, Inventory etc. Organize the meetings with internal/external stakeholders for solving business issues
  • Align organizational KPIs/business data across different functions to ensure data accuracy; Tracking and monitoring the data to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals
  • Lead market research & data analysis for inhouse projects (business/market trend related topics), support executive managment for business decision making
  • Report managment the orgnanizational KPI status, Korean HQ allocated business analysis reports/marketing budget status tracking, ad-hocs for supporting CEO/CFO, external customer -HME/KEU meeting reports
  • Review analysis data results/business reports, and share the results/management feedback with related stakeholders for further organizational growth
  • Examine “Marketing budget monthly status centrally, assess the marketing programs validity and improve the efficiency of marketing budge use (yearly over 900 programs across different markets) "
  • This position is a fixed-term contract for the duration of maternity leave
