The Business/Data Analyst is a strategic enabler of insight and impact within the Customer Value Practice—translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives transformation across programs and practices. This role blends analytical rigor with compelling storytelling to inform executive decisions and elevate operational excellence. The Business/Data Analyst contributes to AI-powered transformation through data-driven insights, interactive dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks. While not solely focused on AI, the role actively identifies opportunities to amplify value through intelligent analytics. This includes: • Designing executive-ready dashboards that track KPIs and program health. • Crafting compelling data narratives that influence strategic direction. • Embedding analytics into transformation programs to ensure measurable outcomes. • Partnering across verticals and horizontals to ensure data quality, consistency, and relevance.
