Key accountabilities include:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar and inbox management.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and Board Papers with strong attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops, including agendas, minute-taking, and logistics.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as procurement, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
  • Triage and respond to requests and issues within the Network Strategy & Planning Group.
  • Support the implementation of strategies aligned with business and group objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies

The Business and Administration Advisor – Network Strategy & Planning provides essential support to the Executive Director and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of a newly established function focused on developing and delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable strategies for Victoria’s regional passenger and freight networks.
This role involves managing a range of administrative and business functions including inbox management, diary coordination, document preparation, meeting logistics, and internal communications. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all levels, helping to drive efficient processes.
