ITA is seeking a Business and Financial Operations Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard in Washington, DC.
Please note this position is contingent upon position vacancy.
Responsibilities:
This individual will support the United States Coast Guard Domestic Ice Breaker (DOMICE) program by developing, running, and analyzing financial reports, procurement reports, training reports, logistics reports and metrics.

Duties may include:

  • Support obligation/spend plans
  • Develop and manage Funding Request Portal (FRP) submissions
  • Track spend down, to include end of fiscal year spend down
  • Assist with undelivered order (UDOs)

    • de-obligation of residual and aged travel balances and residuals
  • Systems: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Electronic Travel System (ETS)
  • Close out delivery orders
  • Developing, running, and analyzing financial reports, procurement reports, training reports, logistics reports and metrics.
  • Familiar with the Financial Resource Management Manual (FRMM) and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Other duties, tasks and projects as assigned
    Qualifications:

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years’ relevant financial work experience
