WHAT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Experience with HR and HR processes – domain knowledge from working in HR, HR support or HR IT.
  • Experience from working with development of HR systems and HR processes, including:
  • Process analysis and -mapping. You should be able to identify, document, and optimize the current and future state of HR processes.
  • Requirement analysis and development. You should be able to analyze, validate, and prioritize the business and functional requirements for HR systems and processes.
  • Testing and Test management. You should be able to design, execute, and report on the test cases and scenarios for HR systems and processes.
  • Change management and communication. You should be able to plan, coordinate, and deliver the change and communication activities for HR systems and processes.
  • Documentation. You should be able to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation for HR systems and processes.
  • A general interest and understanding of working with (HR) IT systems and what it requires to configure and maintain them.

You have a mindset of improving existing processes and you are not afraid to challenge if you see that things can be done smarter or more efficient.
  • You have an analytical mindset and the ability to see things from a holistic perspective. You see patterns and have the ability to connect the dots.
  • You enjoy solving problems and finding better solutions and ways forward. You stay calm and focused – no matter how big the challenge might be.
  • You have a basic IT understanding – words like Cloud, Test Environment or releases mean something to you.
