Hours of Work: Possibility of up to 12 hours per week in Semester 1 (first 4 weeks hybrid starting in October, then face-to-face), with more hours available from January in Semester 2.
As a Business and Management Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and assessments. You will provide timely feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experiences and collaborate with fellow teaching staff to improve the overall educational atmosphere. Engaging with students through various communication channels, both online via platforms like Moodle and in person, will also be a crucial part of your role.

BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT LECTURER REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate in the relevant field with experience in teaching, learning, and assessment at high school or university level.
• Strong English language communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and tools (Moodle experience preferred).
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• A commitment to providing high-quality education and fostering a positive working environment.
• Valid work permit for Germany (freelance visa required for non-EU citizens) and reside in Berlin.
