REQUIREMENTS

l Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
l Proven experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development roles is an advantage.
l Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
l Analytic thinker with problem solving abilities.
l Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities
  1. Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and manage strategic partners across healthcare, wellness, and technology sectors to expand AiTreat’s market reach.
  2. Business Growth: Support business development initiatives, including market research, lead generation, and proposal preparation.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and corporate partners to support collaborations and pilots.
  4. Sales and Revenue Support: Collaborate with the sales team to drive adoption of AiTreat products and services, including demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor partnership performance and prepare reports to track outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
  6. Market and Regulatory Support: Assist in understanding regulatory requirements for international expansion and support compliance processes in key markets.
