This is a full-time salaried entry-level position for individuals who want a career in business but are unsure about what area of business may be suited to your strengths, likes, and skillsets. Our development program allows you to work in various roles to experience different tasks and responsibilities. You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and sales advice as you will help clients in person, over the phone, and via email. You possess strong attention to detail and organizational and professional communication skills. We need a teammate interested in operations specifically. Some of the main responsibilities we would like to teach and have you take ownership of will include but not be limited to; managing our warranty claims, rebate programs, accounts payables and receivables, invoicing, working within our system extrapolating data, creating, analyzing, and interpreting reporting, and problem-solving with numbers, etc.

Our clients are the hardworking contractors, and tradesmen/women who work hands-on in new construction and existing homes, businesses, and commercial spaces across the region to ensure everyone is comfortable in their spaces with proper heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Supplying them with all of the parts, components, equipment, accessories, and systems is our business.
We are a small but growing team, and as such our ideal candidate will enjoy having different responsibilities and duties day to day. There will be a mix of physical tasks, customer service, sales, operations, procurement, and clerical responsibilities. Successful graduates of the program have continued their careers within our organization in various positions such as Senior Account Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, Purchasers, Operations Managers, and more!
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics – You will learn the products we sell and how they get from the vendor to the customer and actively participate in the warehouse logistics role to understand and provide sales support.
Phase 2 – Operations – You will actively get involved and learn our front-line customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more…
Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management – Over time you will go from helping customers with various customer service issues to managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
Phase 4 – Outside Sales/Account Management – You will learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
