You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. As a Manager, you analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity. You leverage your technical knowledge to anticipate client needs, develop project plans, and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic and virtual environment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
