About the Role We are seeking for a highly skilled and passionate team player with strategic thinking, hands-on capabilities and delivery-focused to take ownership of our business systems and applications. The business application engineer is a trusted business partner who navigates well around business processes, drives operational excellence, innovates, drives applications roadmaps and delivers business results. What you'll be doing: Steer the CRM strategy and collaborate key business partners across the company to build business systems roadmaps focused on supporting our current business needs and scaling our business processes. Lead implementation of new applications and major enhancements. Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Manage routine system administration and provide technical support to business partners to ensure smooth operations and adoption Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements to technical requirements creating scalable solutions based on your knowledge of best practices; design, build, test, and deploy solutions and including post-deploy support. Design and maintain integrations ensuring reliable, secure, and consistent data flow. Support quote-to-cash and subscription lifecycle processes through robust system design. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, governance, and system controls. Lead the overall business applications communication and set expectations with CRM business stakeholders for the delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities. Own architecture, configuration, and performance of business systems and applications. Manage system releases, testing, and production stability. Provide advanced technical support and root-cause analysis for system issues. Requirements +5 years of strong technical CRM experience in CRM (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) required) and CRM ecosystem. Experience in high-growth SaaS environments. Vast experience, knowledge and understanding of global business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing, Go-To-Market and Finance operations). Proven ability to effectively lead, manage and meet business objectives in a global, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously that have fluctuating requirements, and time-sensitive deadlines. Proven track record of building effective relationships with executives and senior leadership. Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision-making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities. Ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing. Demonstrated cross-functional understanding and collaboration with functions and domains outside of the CRM space. Excellent analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong in written and verbal English
