We are looking for a talented SaaS Business Application Engineer to join our ServiceNow Platform Team in our Indian CoE. ServiceNow is the foundation for digital workflows, connecting people, functions, and systems across our organization. The ServiceNow Platform Team builds and implements digital workflow applications and scales across the enterprise with a low-code SaaS platform. About the Role Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise automation at Booking Holdings? We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow AI Developer to lead our platform's AI transformation. In this role, you will go beyond traditional ITSM configuration to design, deploy, and govern cutting-edge AI solutions using Now Assist , Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence. If you have a "protagonist mindset," love solving complex business problems with machine learning, and want to be at the forefront of ServiceNow's AI roadmap, we want you on our team! What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications/Role expectations) Experience: 7 to 9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of focused on AI capabilities on the platform. Core Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist in a production environment. Governance: Familiarity/Knowledge with ServiceNow's AI Control Tower and AI governance frameworks. Certifications: * Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Required Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM - Required Micro-Certifications in Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Now Assist - Highly Preferred Mindset: A strategic thinker who takes end-to-end ownership of project delivery and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
