Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technical possibilities and gather user requirements for the development of system customizations, such as workflows and interfaces
• Perform troubleshooting and general support to users, ensuring smooth system operation
• Perform general system administration tasks, including
• Monitor system status, including queues and log files
• Perform system upgrades and validation
• Troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and user errors
• Analyze and optimize system performance
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user trainings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Expierence with Java
• Experience with REST, Databases (SQL), Tools (Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Ant), CI/CD (JUnit, Jenkins, Github Actions) is a plus
• Ideally relevant industry and process experience with Windchill PLM or any other PTC product (MPMLink, Creo and ThingWorx)
• Proficiency in English
• Team player with good communication skills
• Creativity, logical and structured thinking and a passion for technical solutions
