Description
  • Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Technology Operations.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology functions.
  • Oversee service performance across a portfolio of business-critical applications.
  • Lead and coordinate the resolution of service issues and escalations.
  • Manage third-party technology suppliers and service partners.
  • Produce service reporting, performance metrics, and management information.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across application services.
  • Support the successful transition of new applications and changes into live service.
  • Ensure operational requirements are considered throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Contribute to service strategy, governance, and planning activities.


  • Experience RequiredExperience within Application Management, Service Delivery, Technology Operations, or Business Relationship Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience within a complex organisation.
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers and technology partners.
  • Proven ability to manage business-critical applications and services.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks.
  • Experience driving service improvements and operational governance.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gained within a regulated industry is advantageous.
