We are seeking a motivated Business Application Specialist (BAS) to join our NCC Finance Team. In this crucial role, you’ll be supporting, implementing, and innovating business applications, with a strong focus on Infor M3 and Finance processes. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day to day support for Infor M3 and connected applications, ensuring smooth operations and quick troubleshooting for issues
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to translate business needs into process and functional specifications and deliver effective solutions
  • Innovate and proactively work to develop and support business applications to ensure we stay up to date with software developments
  • Participate in or lead process initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Manage medium-large scale projects, guiding system configurations and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Apply finance knowledge of systems to determine feasibility of projects
  • Configure and guide development of a variety of business applications to align with business objectives and best practices
  • Provide guidance, develop, and deliver training to key-users on application functionality and best practices
  • Build long-term relationships with business partners and collaborate with geographically distributed teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of applications

This position can be held in any country. The role may require frequent international travel—up to 25% of the time, with the remainder of the work conducted remotely from home. Benefits will vary depending on the country of residence.
