The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal users and client users. How you’ll create opportunities in this Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant role: Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions. Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors. Assist with data preparation for migration and imports as needed. What you will need: Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. 2 years experience in customer service support required 2 years experience in an area of application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL (Bill.com) and/or an accounting related software preferred. #LI-DJ1 Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities Click here to learn about your hiring rights.
