Description

Build, manage and maintain a strong business application team through participating in Recruiting/ Hiring and carrying out Developing / coaching/motivating and training team members. Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Applications Operations section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas of Applications Operations activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service Participate in building robust business applications in Savola foods Egypt, under the direction of applications Manager through standard operating procedures with the adherence of prediction and continuous improvements. Conduct regular follow up on the operational work flow. Take proactive & corrective actions to smooth day to day operation and secure business. Lead the implementation of business applications in the assigned operational units under his span of controlthrough estimate and develop full plans and budget for the current and future business scope regarding its intervention with the business application.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong business application team while ensuring efficient operations within the Applications Operations section. Lead the implementation of business applications and recommend policy improvements to enhance service delivery.
