Here’s what you’ll be doing: You will be part of the Revenue Operations organization and will function as the key accelerator for our GTM teams - Sales, Company’s Management, and Business Development. Your role encompasses data, systems, and processes: Own, implement and maintain the company’s CRM (Salesforce), leading automation & implementation of new processes Own the company's technology stack that produces the data necessary to run our GTM teams and make regular strategic decisions (Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, AI Tools, n8n, Jira, Slack, etc…) Own data strategy, hygiene and processes to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data Translate business needs into actionable solutions. Play a lead role in uncovering, developing, scoping, implementing, and driving adoption for technology and process changes that increase the efficiency of our GTM teams Create & implement processes to improve data quality in Salesforce and all other systems in our tech stack Build reports & dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms as needed Create & maintain strong documentation for systems & processes to keep GTM and technical teams up to date and accountable to the latest processes & expectations Requirements Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years of experience with business applications or revenue operations teams Vast understanding of Salesforce architecture as the main owner of the platform Experience with platforms such as Gong, Hubspot, n8n or similar Hands on experience with LLM & Gen AI solutions such as n8n or similar - Big Advantage Salesforce "Certified Administrator" certification - a plus Ability to work under pressure and deliver fast outcomes Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
