Your responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for SAP SD-related issues, addressing business users’ inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve challenges across sales, customer service, inventory management, and order processing modules.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Process Excellence team to identify areas for process improvements and ensure best practices for SAP usage across regions.
  • Assist in testing new system functionalities and updates, ensuring smooth and efficient rollouts.
  • Ensure data integrity within SAP, supporting compliance with internal audits and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, and process documentation to enhance SAP user proficiency.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to improve user understanding and optimize system usage.
  • Help manage SAP usage within cost centers, assist with budgeting, and ensure efficient workload management.
  • Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 support or the appropriate departments for further resolution.

Your qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP support experience, ideally in commercial or supply chain environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP SD, MM, WM.
  • Experience with Master Data Management processes.
  • Fluency in both English and German (additional languages are a bonus).
  • A strong understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • The ability to thrive independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
