Description
We’re looking for a Business Applications Systems Implementer to join our GTM Systems team. Salesforce is the core platform in this role and it will focus on hands-on implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement across Salesforce and additional GTM business applications. You’ll work closely with our System Analysts which are partners with Sales, Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and R&D and help them translate business needs into scalable, well-designed system solutions. What You’ll Do Implement, configure, and maintain Salesforce as our primary business application Own end-to-end system implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment Configure and support additional GTM applications beyond Salesforce (e.g. Gong, Clay, DealHub, FormTitan – advantage) Work closely with PMs and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, SDR, Customer Success and more Provide day-to-day system support, enhancements, and optimizations Improve and streamline workflows, processes, and system integrations Ensure data quality, system stability, and scalability Establish and follow best practices for release management, system maintenance, configuration, testing, and data integrity Support ongoing adoption of business systems to ensure real business value and ROI Use AI tools where relevant to improve system implementation, productivity, and processes Curiosity and willingness to explore how AI can enhance business applications is highly valued Who You Are 0.5 -2 years of experience working as a Salesforce.com administrator & analyst Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Industrial Engineering/Computer Science, preferably from a leading University/College English, writing & spoken - Fluent Excellent analytical skills Hands-on systems implementer with strong technical orientation Salesforce experience is required; experience beyond Salesforce is a strong advantage Comfortable working across multiple business applications Strong communicator who works well with business and technical stakeholders Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Bonus Points: Introduced by an AppsFlyer team member As a global company operating from 20 offices worldwide, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
