REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic planning
5 years experience in healthcare industry is preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional planning efforts
Skilled at translating business vision into capability-driven roadmaps
Strong understanding of enterprise business functions, organizational models, and value streams
Ability to facilitate workshops and gain consensus across diverse business stakeholders
3+ years’ experience in capability-based planning
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of business process modeling tools and methods

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Business architecture or enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., BIZBOK, TOGAF). Agile certifications are a plus

JOB DUTIES:

Define and maintain business capability maps and business process models across the enterprise.
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop business architecture blueprints to inform IT investment decisions.
Facilitate business-focused discussions and ensure enterprise capabilities align to strategic initiatives.
Identify gaps in current business capabilities and recommend investments to address them.
Guide enterprise technology solutions to support business operating models and transformation efforts.
Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to translate business strategies into executable technology roadmaps.
