For our Global ERP team in Munich, we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of

PERSONAL SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR business processes, particularly in areas like Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Compensation, Performance, Succession Planning, Time Management, LMS, and third-party integrations
  • Strong skills in IT architecture management, IT security, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP Integration Platform
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with experience in managing internal and external suppliers
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong customer and service orientation with a clear understanding of HR business requirements
  • Good documentation skills, with familiarity in JSOX and GDPR compliance
  • Result-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Responsibilities
  • Create and oversee specialized HR solutions for a global environment, adapting to regional needs. Collaborate closely with HR business teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with design principles
  • Manage the ongoing operations of HR solutions, including incident, problem, user access, and change management. Work closely with internal and external support teams
  • Configure systems and integrate HR processes by collecting and mapping business requirements. Ensure smooth integration with other global systems like ADP, Concur, and LMS
  • Continuously improve HR processes within the applications by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing them with the support of vendors
  • Address system performance issues in collaboration with stakeholders. Document configuration changes and ensure compliance with JSOX. Coordinate testing for new changes or deployments
  • Work with various teams (developers, project managers, business counterparts) to ensure successful implementation. Provide consulting services for the selection of new solutions
  • Monitor and coordinate the resolution of interface incidents. Perform in-depth analysis of business requirements and document them
  • Use relevant technologies and tools, including third-party platforms, to support HR solutions and integration
