In this role, you will: Lead enterprise and business capability assessments across people, process, technology, and organizational effectiveness. Develop strategic recommendations, operating model designs, and multi-year transformation roadmaps. Evaluate current-state costs, technology investments, organizational structures, and business capabilities to identify optimization opportunities. Align business strategy, operating models, and technology solutions to support growth and transformation objectives. Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive consensus and decision-making. Define target-state capabilities, governance models, and implementation priorities. Partner with business and technology leaders to develop business cases and value realization strategies. Assess organizational readiness, change impacts, and workforce implications of transformation initiatives. Who You Are: 10+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Transformation, Strategy, Management Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation roles. Proven experience leading assessments and developing strategic recommendations for large, complex organizations. Strong understanding of operating model design, business capabilities, organizational effectiveness, and technology strategy. Experience evaluating cost structures, business processes, and technology landscapes to drive efficiency and value creation. Executive presence with exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business goals into actionable transformation initiatives and roadmaps. Consulting experience with large-scale transformation, ERP, digital, or organizational change programs preferred.
