SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 5 years management experience in the recruitment Industry and / or equivalent management experience gained in waste, recycling or production
  • Experience of high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Previous business development experience desirable
  • ILM Level 3 (Leadership Course) or equivalent.

In this pivotal role, you’ll have full responsibility and accountability for the relevant P&Ls, driving performance and profitability
You will manage and develop Account Managers to ensure day-to-day service delivery is of the highest standard, in full compliance with Environmental Support Services policies and procedure
