Job Description We are looking for a smart and ambitious Business Assistant to support business operations, client communication, and presentations. This role is ideal for someone with a business mindset who can represent the company professionally and handle clients with confidence. Key Responsibilities 🤝 1. Client Handling Communicate with clients and follow up on their needs Support ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction Coordinate meetings and calls with clients Build and maintain strong client relationships 📊 2. Business Support Assist in preparing proposals and business offers Organize and track business opportunities and leads Support the business team in daily activities Follow up on deals and ensure proper tracking 🖥️ 3. Presentations & Documents Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations Create and organize business documents and reports Present ideas clearly and in a structured way 📋 4. Coordination & Follow-up Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requirements Track task progress and ensure deadlines are met Ensure quality and timely delivery of work 🔁 Reporting Reports directly to management or business lead Works closely with the business and sales team 🧠 Requirements 🎓 Education: Preferably a graduate (or current student) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Qualifications Skills: Strong communication skills Ability to handle clients professionally Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) Ability to create and deliver presentations Basic understanding of business and sales processes 🌐 Language: Good command of English 🧩 Personal Traits Business-oriented mindset Confident and presentable Highly organized Strong follow-up skills Proactive and fast learner ⚡ Nice to Have Previous experience in business development or sales Experience in client handling or account management Note: Female only are eligible to apply
