Salary: £220 Per Day
Location: Canary Wharf, 5 Days in the Office

Our client is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Senior Level Business Executives within their Corporate Investment Bank. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Executive Assistant within our client’s Corporate Investment Bank, you will play a multifaceted role supporting Senior Level Business Executives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-level executive support, managing complex travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, processing expenses, and performing general administrative duties. You will also need to understand the business priorities and maintain a deep awareness of high-level business connections. This role requires a strong team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Provide high-level executive support including daily coverage to senior directs/teams where required
  • Manage complex travel arrangements within policy: coordination of flights, trains, check-in, VISAs, accommodation, and ground transportation coordination
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, telepresence set up - internally and externally, event planning & management
  • Process coverage expenses through Concur, reimbursement, personal amounts owing and monthly account reconciliations
  • Understand business priorities and maintain deep awareness of high-level business connections
  • Perform general administration duties such as room bookings, filing, photocopying, stationery ordering and business cards
