Our client is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Senior Level Business Executives within their Corporate Investment Bank. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Executive Assistant within our client’s Corporate Investment Bank, you will play a multifaceted role supporting Senior Level Business Executives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-level executive support, managing complex travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and events, processing expenses, and performing general administrative duties. You will also need to understand the business priorities and maintain a deep awareness of high-level business connections. This role requires a strong team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
