About the Role
We are looking for a highly ambitious and highly analitical Business Assistant to support the Founder of Object 1 Real Estate Development. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in finance, investments, fintech or startups, who wants to grow rapidly into a more senior business role.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Assist the Founder with strategic planning, business development and investor relations.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct market research related to real estate, fintech, startups, and investment opportunities.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare financial models, presentations, and reports.
  • ⁠ ⁠Support in fundraising, negotiations with investors, and partnership discussions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Attend meetings with the Founder, take minutes, follow up on action points.
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage calendars, scheduling, business correspondence and travel arrangements.
  • ⁠ ⁠Analyze new business proposals and assist in pitching to potential partners.
  • ⁠ ⁠Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams or external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Fluent Russian speaker (must) + strong English.
  • ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in finance, investment, fintech, venture/startups or consulting.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of business numbers, investment terms, basics of financial modeling.
  • ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong research and analytical mindset.
  • ⁠ ⁠Very proactive, energetic and fast learner.
  • ⁠ ⁠High level of ambition, desire to grow quickly, work closely with top management.
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • ⁠ ⁠UAE experience is a plus.
