Responsibilities: Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Associate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing strategies, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to drive business improvement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions. Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making processes. Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing findings and recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress and report on key metrics and deliverables. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategies. Attend weekly operational meetings to provide support, consolidate key points, and execute action plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a consulting or analytical role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint Experience in data analytics, process automation, operating systems, and business process improvement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Effective time management and project management abilities When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
