Responsibilities

The Business Associate – CEO Office will support the Chief Executive Office with business research, analysis, communication, and coordination tasks. This is a junior-level role designed for a motivated candidate with a background in business, finance, or management. The position offers exposure to high-level decision-making and the opportunity to grow into future strategy, business development, or corporate leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on companies, industries, and markets as directed by the CEO.
  • Prepare concise briefs, reports, and presentations for CEO review.
  • Track competitor and partner activities, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  1. CEO Office Support
  • Assist in preparing meeting notes, talking points, and business summaries.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence (emails, letters, memos) in English and Arabic.
  • Support the CEO in follow-up tasks with internal departments and external partners.
  1. Coordination & Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-department coordination (Finance, Business Development, Strategy, Administration).
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates aligned with CEO directives.
  • Support in organizing online/offline meetings, calls, and documentation.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare background material and briefs before meetings with business partners, government entities, or investors.
  1. Learning & Development
  • Gain hands-on exposure to business strategy, partnerships, and corporate governance.
  • Develop into a future Strategy Officer or Business Development Associate.
