We are seeking a Business Associate to join one of our portfolio brands which is a well-known 100 million dollar brand in the D2C space. This position is full time in our Hong Kong office. Opportunity to join a well-funded startup with top-tier investors Work with a highly experienced and entrepreneurial team Competitive compensation package What You May Do (subject to skills and business needs at the time) Streamlining processes to improve efficiency across different business functions Supporting automation initiatives for operational tasks, such as order management and purchasing workflows Assisting with data analysis and ensuring data integrity across systems Reviewing and reconciling supplier invoices to manage costs effectively Collaborating with teams to support budget planning and financial forecasting Analyzing product performance to identify profitability trends and opportunities for cost savings Proposing pricing adjustments based on market and performance insights Generating monthly reports to provide insights on the business's financial health Identifying areas for operational improvement to enhance overall business performance Who You Are A tertiary degree holder A recent graduate or early-career professional with an analytical mindset Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving (backgrounds in business, finance, economics, or related fields are ideal) Fluent English speaker Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Able to handle large amounts of data Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
