Roles & responsibilities As a team member in the Account Management Support, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding client needs, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include: •Serving as the primary point of contact to stakeholders for designated Accounts / Priority area •Monitoring account performance to develop insights for stakeholders •Acting as trusted advisor to stakeholders and offering insights to enable them achieve their account / sector plans •Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research, CRM, Sales Insights to ensure alignment on account / sector objectives and need
